How we handle the information you send us.

Information we collect

• Through the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, role, optional website, your description of the challenge and desired outcome, the tools and integrations you mention, your timeline and optional budget indication, and your contact preferences. Attachments are not accepted.
• Through the Get Access page: your full name, email, phone number, billing address, optional company, the service you are paying for, the amount, any reference or note you add, and your acceptance of our policies.
• Card details: entered on the secure checkout provided by Stripe. They go directly to Stripe and never reach Elvoria’s systems. We receive the outcome of the payment, not your card number.
• Technical information recorded with each form to prevent fraud and misuse: IP address, browser and device type, time zone, language, the referring page and a random device identifier stored in your browser.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation with you and keep a record of that correspondence; to process payments, issue invoices and receipts and keep the records the law requires; and to operate and secure this website. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.

Legal basis

Where applicable data-protection law requires a basis, we rely on your consent, given by the checkboxes on our forms, on our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry and preventing fraud, and, for payments, on performing the agreement you are paying for and on our legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, or where the law requires it: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our customer-relationship system (enquiry and order records), Stripe (card payments) and our email provider.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept as long as needed to respond and to manage any relationship that follows, then deleted or anonymised unless we must keep it for legal reasons. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent. Email finance@elvoria.io or use the contact form.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your light or dark preference and the device identifier above. Stripe sets the cookies its own checkout needs to take a payment safely. If analytics are introduced, this section will say what is measured and why before they are switched on.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the change will be described here and the date on this page will change.
